All our products are covered by a full manufacturer warrant warranty. Warranties usually cover manufacture defects. Terms, conditions, and exclusions may apply. View individual product information page or product user manual included with your purchase.

 

Q: I have received a faulty item - what now?
- We are sorry to hear that. In most cases we will need to inspect the damaged goods to arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced. Every situation will be treated individually. A claim will need to be submitted through the support center with your proof of purchase and photos of the product. This will be given to the appropriate parties who will assist with your enquiry.

 

Q: How quickly do I need to report a faulty or damaged item to Penrith Pit Bike?
A claim must be put through the support center with your proof of purchase and condition photos of the product. We offer shipping insurance for all our products, which covers the product during transit this needs to have been selected at the time of purchase (charges apply). If this has been purchased you have within 3 days of receiving the order to make your claim.
 
Q: If my item is damaged in transit will the item be replaced?
If you suspect that the item is damaged, you must sign that 'goods need to be inspected' on the consignment. All items will be assessed on a case by case basis. A claim must be put through the support center with your proof of purchase and condition photos of the product. We offer shipping insurance for all our products, which covers the product during transit this needs to have been selected at the time of purchase (charges apply). If this has been purchased you have within 3 days of receiving the order to make your claim. Replacements are subject to stock availability and selected product lines.
 
Q: Can I drop my return item off in person to your warehouse?
Drop-offs are usually not accepted. However, there may be occasional exceptions if arrangement has been made with the appropriate channels, i.e. service or repair centers for appropriate products. Please view all terms and conditions before purchasing.
 
Q: Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Yes you are welcome to collect your order directly from our  penrith store. Please ensure you order the item(s) online. Please note: Full payment needs to be received prior to collection. Please ensure you wait for an email advising that your order s ready for collection.
  
Q: Is labor part of the manufacturer warranty?
Labor is not included under any warranty. Labor charges do apply to all services and repairs.
